Returns and Refunds Policy


We at Nutrahara believe in our products. Therefore, we are offering a 30-day money-back guarantee. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The refund amount will only be for the product cost, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Steps to Return:

  1. Email customer service at
  2. Explain the reason you would like a refund and put the following in your email: Order Number, Name, Email Address
  3. You must return all bottles that you received in your original order, whether they are opened, used, unopened. We cannot accept returns that don’t include every single bottle.
  4. You must also include a written note with your name and order number in the package so our team can correctly process your refund.

Additional Notes:

  1. Customers are responsible for shipping when they return products. Nutrahara cannot refund shipping.
  2. All refunds will be returned back to the original payment method (PayPal, Amazon Pay, Credit Cards, etc.). Alternatively, we can issue store credit for a future purchase.

  3. It may take up to 5 business days for the refund to be sent back to your credit card or bank account.

Refunds (if applicable):

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  2. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  3. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  5. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
