Thank you for shopping with Nutrahara! We want to ensure that your experience is as smooth as possible, and that includes the shipping process. Please review the information below to understand our shipping policies.
Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping methods:
- USPS Domestic (US): estimated of 3-7 business days.
- UPS Domestic (US): estimated of 3-5 business days.
Shipping Cost
We charge a flat rate of $6.99 for all U.S. domestics shipments. This fee is added during product checkout process.
Processing Time
Please allow 2 business days for order processing before shipment. This means that if an order is received on Monday, it will be ready for shipment by Wednesday. If an order is received on a Friday, it will be ready for shipment by Tuesday of the following week, and so forth. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Tracking Your Order
You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our confirmation email to you.

Our US based Fulfillment Center is located at: 1615 Lakes Pkwy, Suite C, Lawrenceville, GA 30043 USA. We currently ship to the following locations:United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).

Undeliverable Packages
In the rare event that a package is undeliverable, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
